Why can’t I limit all sharing?
Federal law gives you the right to limit only
- sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes—information about your creditworthiness
- affiliates from using your information to market to you
- sharing for non-affiliates to market to you

- New Resource Bank has no joint marketing arrangements at this time.
Other important information
California Financial Information Privacy Act (SB1). California law applies specifically to financial institutions doing business in California who disclose nonpublic information on a California resident. New Resource Bank does not share nonpublic information with non-affiliated third parties except when permitted by law.
This policy is reviewed and revised at least annually. If customers need to opt out as a result of any material changes in how New Resource Bank shares information then users will immediately be notified in writing by mail.
