Linking Money to Mission: A Balancing Act

Join New Resource Bank and Tides for a complimentary, two-hour workshop led by Nonprofit Finance Fund to help nonprofit leaders align their organization’s mission with financial reality.

Tides and New Resource Bank partner with organizations and individuals across the ecosystem of positive social change, and in a time of tremendous uncertainty we want to help ensure changemakers are able to effectively assess and communicate the financial health and performance of their endeavors.

In this dynamic presentation, Renee Patey of Nonprofit Finance Fund will show participants optimal ways to analyze their organization’s financial position and chart a steady course for achieving long-term goals. This session will give nonprofit leaders and board members best practices for:

  • Assessing nonprofit financial health and performance
  • Building a strong balance sheet
  • Communicating your organization’s financial story to optimize board and donor communication
